The Roberts First Step Encapsulator is a high-strength acrylic polymer compound formulated to isolate and encapsulate adhesive residues.

- Designed for porous substrates to enhance new adhesive bonding
- Approved for use over concrete (on or above grade), old cutback residue, pressure-sensitive adhesive residue, carpet adhesive residue, acrylic-based residue, radiant heated concrete subfloors ( 85F surface temperature), APA-approved plywood, and APA-approved OSB
- Minimum dry time: 4 hours or until fully hardened to the touch

- Moisture tolerance: up to 90% RH and 10 lbs. MVER
